What is your turnaround time?
Our usual turnaround time is 4 business days. We do have an express option available for projects requiring completion within 2 working days or less. Speak to us for details.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes. A minimum charge of $90 + GST applies to all jobs, due to the operational costs of our sandblasting equipment.
How do your quotes work?
All quotes are based on the condition of the item as assessed at the time of quoting, whether by photos or in person. If a surface does not strip as expected—for example, due to heavy coatings, unexpected layers, or material conditions—additional time and work may be required, which could result in a price increase. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss any changes in cost before proceeding further.
